This deposit holds your half beef (or whole if you buy 2)

Basic Info:
You can expect to spend between $2100-$3100 for a whole beef.
You get to pick what cuts you’d like. Cut sheets are required a week before slaughter day.
Our cattle are the smallest natural breed. Buy twice as much as you’d normally buy. If you’d normally buy a ¼, plan on buying a half from us.
You need a chest freezer.
Cows are roughly ⅓,⅓,⅓,- Steaks, Ground, Roasts.
Your final ‘freezer weight cost’ tends to be between the low $12/lb to the mid $13/lb range.
You’ll be taking possession of your beef 3-4 weeks after the slaughter date.
We charge $6.50/lb plus the cost of the processor and slaughter.
